Analisis Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Mahasiswa Manajemen di Era Digital

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi, terutama dalam cara mahasiswa belajar dan mengelola aktivitas akademiknya. Pemanfaatan AI semakin meluas, mencakup kegiatan seperti penulisan tugas, analisis data, hingga pengelolaan waktu dan pengambilan keputusan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan AI dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas mahasiswa manajemen di era digital. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menilai keterkaitan antara intensitas penggunaan AI dan capaian produktivitas mahasiswa, yang diukur melalui efisiensi, kualitas hasil kerja, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI berperan positif dalam membantu mahasiswa menyelesaikan tugas dengan lebih efektif serta meningkatkan kemampuan analitis dan inovasi akademik. Namun, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan etika dan risiko ketergantungan teknologi yang perlu diantisipasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital dan etika penggunaan AI di lingkungan perguruan tinggi agar pemanfaatan teknologi dapat dilakukan secara produktif dan bertanggung jawab.
