Abstract


Patient-Centered Care (PCC) merupakan pendekatan pelayanan kesehatan yang menempatkan pasien sebagai pusat dalam proses asuhan, dengan menekankan aspek kebutuhan, preferensi, serta keterlibatan pasien dalam pengambilan keputusan. Keberhasilan implementasi PCC sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu tenaga kesehatan, salah satunya adalah self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dalam meningkatkan implementasi PCC di Rumah Sakit Cahaya Medika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 166 tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat langsung dalam pelayanan pasien di Rumah Sakit Cahaya Medika, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur self-efficacy dan tingkat implementasi PCC. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi Patient-Centered Care. Tenaga kesehatan dengan tingkat self-efficacy yang tinggi cenderung lebih mampu memberikan pelayanan yang berorientasi pada pasien, berkomunikasi secara efektif, serta melibatkan pasien dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit perlu mengembangkan program peningkatan kompetensi, pelatihan komunikasi klinis, serta penguatan kepercayaan diri tenaga kesehatan untuk mendukung pelayanan yang lebih berfokus pada pasien.
