Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour di Rumah Sakit Cahaya Medika

Abstract
Organizational citizenship behavior merupakan perilaku sukarela yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan di luar tuntutan formal pekerjaan, yang bertujuan memberikan kontribusi positif serta membantu individu lain dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai Rumah Sakit Cahaya Medika. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Rumah Sakit Cahaya Medika yang berjumlah 190 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan, semakin besar kecenderungan mereka untuk menampilkan perilaku sukarela yang mendukung efektivitas dan tujuan organisasi. Peningkatan kepuasan kerja perlu menjadi strategi utama manajemen dalam menumbuhkan organizational citizenship behavior, sehingga kinerja organisasi rumah sakit dapat meningkat secara berkelanjutan.
