Dukungan Informasi Akurat dan Teknologi Data Analitik terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Manajerial Rasional

Abstract
Studi konseptual ini meneliti bagaimana informasi yang akurat dan teknologi analitik data mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang rasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa akurasi data membutuhkan investasi tata kelola yang sistematis. Teknologi analitik berkisar dari metode deskriptif hingga preskriptif, masing-masing dengan persyaratan yang berbeda. Literasi data manajerial menentukan apakah hasil analitik ditafsirkan dengan benar dan digunakan secara efektif. Integrasi menuntut perubahan budaya organisasi yang menghargai bukti sambil tetap menjaga penilaian profesional. Keseimbangan antara keputusan berbasis data dan intuisi manusia menjadi ciri kematangan manajerial. Analitik data bermanfaat untuk keputusan berulang yang terstruktur dengan data historis yang memadai, tetapi kurang bermanfaat untuk keputusan historis yang unik. Etika terkait privasi dan bias membutuhkan perhatian serius. Keberhasilan implementasi lebih bergantung pada faktor manusia dan organisasi daripada faktor teknis. Integrasi kecerdasan buatan di masa depan menjanjikan kemampuan yang lebih dalam, namun kolaborasi simbiosis manusia-mesin tetap menjadi model ideal. Manajer yang melek data dan secara kritis menafsirkan analitik sambil mempertahankan kesadaran etis akan mendorong kinerja organisasi.
