Pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. XYZ

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, career development, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. XYZ. This research employs an associative research design. The sample consists of 57 employees, selected using probability sampling through a cluster sampling technique. The data used in this study include both primary and secondary data. Data collection methods consist of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method applied is qualitative analysis quantified into numerical form. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, along with hypothesis testing using the F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that motivation, career development, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ The coefficient of determination test shows that the Adjusted R Square value in the regression model is 0.668, meaning that motivation, career development, and organizational commitment contribute 66.8% to employee performance, while the remaining 33.2% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
