Transformasi Digital dalam Sistem Manajemen Kinerja: Tinjauan Integrasi Teknologi dan Dampak Organisasional

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah fundamental Sistem Manajemen Kinerja (PMS) dari pendekatan tradisional berbasis angka historis menjadi sistem yang proaktif dan real-time . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau efektivitas integrasi teknologi seperti Big Data Analytics , Artificial Intelligence (AI), dan Cloud Computing serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, penulis meninjau literatur yang mendukung maupun mengkritik implementasi digitalisasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun transformasi digital terbukti membantu organisasi memprediksi tren dan mengotomatisasi umpan balik, implementasinya juga menuai kritik. Beberapa penelitian mengungkapkan adanya risiko pengawasan berlebih ("panoptikon digital"), bias algoritma, dan resistensi karyawan. Faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya literasi digital, desain sistem yang tidak tepat, dan ketidaksejajaran dengan budaya organisasi sering disebut sebagai penyebab kegagalan. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun teknologi digital adalah katalisator kelincahan bisnis, keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kemampuan organisasi menyeimbangkan efisiensi mesin dengan etika dan dinamika sumber daya manusia.
