Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Peranan karyawan yang handal dan profesional sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work engagement Terhadap kinerja perawat RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kab. Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan  adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perawat di Instalasi rawat  inap dan rawat jalan yang berjumlah 187 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh Work Engagement berdasarkan dimensi Vigor, dimensi Dedication, dimensi Absorption dengan kinerja perawat. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen rumah sakit agar harus terus memperhatikan work engagement guna meningkatkan semangat kerja perawat, pimpinan lebih menanggapi dan memberi dukungan terhadap bawahannya agar terciptanya hubungan yang baik antara atasan.
